Are you open right now?
Our retail store is open 7 days a week 11-6pm until November when it will be open Sat-Sun 11-5pm.
Our patio is closed for the season.
Do you have X flavour available right now?
Most of our flavours are available year round through our online store. From March to November our retail store will have all of our currently available flavours including limited seasonal runs that may not be available elsewhere. As always, keep an eye on our social media to see the most up to date information on your favourites.
Can I make a reservation?
Reservations are strongly encouraged during this time. Our patio seating is more limited than usual and our tastings are by reservation only.

How can I track my package?
Unfortunately at this time we are unable to offer tracking information for online orders. If you have any questions or concerns about your order please contact us at email@example.com.
What products are available in your online store?
Our bottled cider, and some extras. Merchandise is currently only available at our physical location. We may be adding more products in the coming months so check back often or follow our social media to keep up to date on our products.
How is the shipping price determined?
Our shipping is calculated based on weight and the number of boxes needed to ship out your order. Our regular box size is for 12 bottles or cans and that is the most cost effective way for us (and you) to order them.
Can I mix and match flavours?
Yes, all of our cases are hand packed with our 500 mL bottles and cans and can be any of those flavours you like. Waupoos 4-packs and Ice Cider bottles have their own packaging and will be shipped separately.
How long do I have to wait to get my order?
All of our orders are shipped out on a weekly basis and generally take 1 - 2 weeks once ordered (excluding holiday delays). Please contact us if there are any problems with your order.
Why is shipping limited to Ontario?
Shipping alcohol out of province requires jumping through a lot of bureaucratic hoops. Currently it is unfeasible for us to do so but we will update our website if that ever changes.
Can I purchase gift cards for your online store?
We do not currently have gift cards for our online store or e-vouchers, but you can sign up for our newsletter and social media to access the latest discount codes and coupons. We do sell gift certificates for our Retail Store/Patio which we can also send by mail.
