In recent years, the County Cider Company has expanded its production to include classic wine varietals such as Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, and Pinot Noir. Grown on our Waupoos and Adolphus Reach estates, every grape is hand-harvested and crafted, by winemaker Jenifer Dean, into wine that embodies the area's rich terroir. In fact, our gravelly soils are often described as rivalling the best in Burgundy. Our wines available for purchase at our tasting room and retail store.

Pinot Noir 2007

Lovely ruby hue, this pinot has some depth. Aromas of cherries and spice follow through to the palate. Aged 18 month in Hungarian oak. Approachable but firm tannins that will allow 5 years of aging.

Pinot Gris 2009

Lovely fresh vibrant wine. Crisp acidity with tones of citrus and pineapple. Perfect for aperatif sipping or pair with pan fried white fish.
