Tortured Path
Inspired by ciders from Somerset, UK; this dry cider is funky, with medicinal and earthy notes and is made from bittersharp and bittersweet apple varieties blended with Golden Russet. This is for the true cider lover seeking a traditional, tannic and highly complex cider.
Style: Traditional and rustic
Colour: Light gold with hints of ginger
Aroma: Slightly barnyard and earthy
Body: Medium

County Premium
Our original cider, being made for 20+ years. Crisp and fresh with a tart Finish. Apple forward, well-rounded acidity, tannin characters evident mid-pallet to finish.
Style: Traditional and rustic

Waupoos Premium
Our draft cider, served all across Ontario in pubs and restaurants. Slightly sweet – off-dry, with zesty acidity and tangy apple fruit flavours; crisp lingering finish with underlying tannic qualities.
Style: Dry and crisp
Colour: Straw/pale yellow
Aroma: Apple and light pear aromas
Body: Balanced, medium

Pear
The original County blended with Bartlett and Bosc pears, finished with a subtle hint of vanilla bean. Medium sweetness, with a bright pear flavour. Fresh pear notes beginning and mid pallet with crisp apple finish.
Style: Sweet and fruity
Colour: Golden yellow with warm undertones
Aroma: Vanilla, pear and fresh apple
Body: Medium body

Blood Orange
The original County joined with fresh Blood Orange essences. Medium sweetness countered by hints of tart citrus. Bright citrus flavour forward accompanied by smooth vanilla undertones presenting a full pallet experience.

Colour: Deep red/orange colour
Aroma: Citrus and fresh apple
Body: Medium body

Peach
Waupoos Premium accompanied by natural Peach essences from the Niagara region. Sweet yet refreshing cider with ripe peach flavours and balanced acidity. Peach offers pleasant effervescence and a refreshing finish.
Style: Sweet and fruity
Colour: Golden yellow with warm undertones
Aroma: Fresh ripe peaches
Body: Full bodied and round

Feral
Feral, meaning ‘wild’ for wildberries, combines the flavours of tart cranberries and sweet golden raspberries with our Waupoos Premium. It is both sweet and tart.
Style: Sweet and fruity
Colour: Cranberry red
Aroma: Tart aromas of cranberry and wild raspberries
Body: Medium, crisp body

Bus tour groups are welcome. Our tasting fees are $5.00 per person for your tutored tasting of 4 ciders including a history of the area.
