WINESIn
recent years, the County Cider Company has expanded its production to
include classic wine varietals such as Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Grown
on our Waupoos and Adolphus Reach estates, every grape is
hand-harvested and crafted, by winemaker Jenifer Dean, into wine that
embodies Prince Edward County's rich terroir. In fact, the County's
gravelly soils are often described as rivalling the best in Burgundy.
