COUNTY PREMIUM CIDER

Fresh and crisp, like a perfectly ripe apple, our flagship product is a dry sparkling cider. It offers aromas of sweet Golden Delicious apples and its good acidity delivers a pleasing finish.

WAUPOOS PREMIUM CIDER

Made from late harvest and European cider apples, Waupoos Premium Cider is semi-sweet and sparkling. Perfectly balanced, it offers a lively body, full fruity flavours and refreshing finish.

COUNTY 2000

A naturally sparkling cider made using the méthode champenoise (champagne method). Expertly balanced, County 2000 is elegant and complex with small bubbles and lovely fruity flavours—just like a fine champagne.

8.0% alc/vol Serving suggestions: Place in bucket of ice water for 20 to 30 minutes or in refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours. Desired serving temperature for County 2000 is 7C. Serve in a champagne flute. County 2000 is available for purchase at our tasting room and retail store

PRINCE EDWARD COUNTY ICE CIDER

Russet, Ida Red and Northern Spy apples, varieties that do not fall when ripe, but remain on the tree through freezing temperatures, are used to craft our award winning ice cider. Amber-hued, its taut acidity is the perfect foil for its delicious caramel apple and crème brûlée flavours.

Serving suggestions: Enjoy alone as an aperitif or serve with foie gras, aged cheese or desserts such as Tarte Tatin. Serve well chilled (4-6C). Prince Edward County Ice Cider is available for purchase at our tasting room and retail store.

FERAL CIDER

A sweet cider made with late season apples, which features the taste of fresh raspberries and cranberries. Lively, with persistent bubbles.

PEACH CIDER

A lip-smacking apple-based cider sweetened with pure peach juice. Made from late season apples, it offers a pleasant effervescence and refreshing finish.

INDIAN POINT

A dry, white wine made with Northern Spy apples. Soft and delicate, Indian Point is a pleasing alternative to traditional wine that offers the lingering taste of apples.

10.3% alc/vol Serving suggestions: A lovely aperitif that works equally well when paired with spicy cuisine. Serve slightly chilled. Indian Point is available for purchase at our tasting room and retail store.

SWEET SPARKLING CIDER

One of our best sellers, this non-alcoholic cider is a great alternative to soft drinks. Made with a variety of apples it is all natural—no added sugar. Cold filtered, it has fantastic fresh fruit flavours.

Serving suggestions: Serve over ice or chilled in a champagne flute. Sweet Sparkling Cider is available for purchase at our tasting room and retail store.

WINES

In recent years, the County Cider Company has expanded its production to include classic wine varietals such as Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Grown on our Waupoos and Adolphus Reach estates, every grape is hand-harvested and crafted, by winemaker Jenifer Dean, into wine that embodies Prince Edward County's rich terroir. In fact, the County's gravelly soils are often described as rivalling the best in Burgundy. Our wines available for purchase at our tasting room and retail store.
