A naturally sparkling cider made using the méthode champenoise (champagne method). Expertly balanced, County 2000 is elegant and complex with small bubbles and lovely fruity flavours—just like a fine champagne.

$19.95/750 ml; 8.0% alc/vol Serving suggestions: Place in bucket of ice water for 20 to 30 minutes or in refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours. Desired serving temperature for County 2000 is 7C. Serve in a champagne flute. County 2000 is available for purchase at our tasting room and retail store
