Our Ice Cider: The Maple Syrup of Cider!

Additionally, at County Cider we like to think that our ice cider is like the Maple Syrup of cider! The process of making maple syrup goes through these steps:

  1. Preparing for the season
  2. Collecting the sap and processing (boiling/evaporating) it
  3. Filtering, grading and packing the syrup.

In our previous blog “What Is Ice Cider and How Is It Made?” The process of making Ice Cider goes through similar stages and Maple Syrup Season and Ice Cider Season are both in winter to early spring. What better way during our Celebrate Maple event to pick up a bottle of our delicious ice cider!
